We went camping this weekend at Duck Creek, with our good friends the Cranney's. Here are some pics of the different things that we did.
Here is when we first got there and we were setting up camp.
And here of course is running to the potty, this we did a lot!
When we got back from the potty the men had set up our tents and we were so very excited!
Cole just liked being out in the open wilderness.
All the kids helped gather fire wood while lunch was being made, they were so good at it!
After lunch we went to the ice caves and hiked around. Here is Jake helping Emma into the cave, it was a really steep drop.
After the ice caves we went and hiked around the Mammoth caves. It was great this drop was not as steep and everyone was able to get in. It was great, we got all the kids in and just wandered around until we got to a part that you have to crawl through. Since we had two babies and 4 other kids we decided to go back and not crawl to the end. But of course my little Emma crawled right through the mud, so the dads went after her. She just kept going even when she had to take her shoes off and keep going to the end. They got really far and then turned back to come be with the rest of us. Here is a pic of Emmas feet when she finally made it out.The boys followed Emma and Suzy and I did what we could to get all the other kids out of the cave. It was hard and I really did not think that we would make it, but we did great!
Here is a pic that we took while still inside the cave.
Here are some of the pics that we took outside of the cave while we were waiting for the boys and Emma to finish.
Brandon just looked so cute sitting on the rocks.
Cole still loving the wilderness, he is so inquisitive.
Here is Emma after we cleaned her up. She was just getting her socks back on and just lounging around.
Soon we started to make dinner, which turned out so great. Here are all the kids helping make the peaches cake. They loved helping but really were not to sure about the cake.
So we roasted marshmallows and had smores. It was so fun. We sat around the campfire and told stories and went to bed. Later that night we had two babies that did not want to sleep, a little one that got sick and started throwing up, and a little one that had to go poop in the middle of the night. So the next morning we decided to forget breakfast and just go home because we were so exhausted. It was a really fun trip and I am really glad to be home!

We love babies
These are just some cute pics of Cole that I took today while we were watching baby Lydia this afternoon. Cole just loves her so much and just wanted to hold her most of the time.

Emma's cheer clinic
Emma was in cheerleading last week. She loved it and did really well. I was so proud of her dancing her little butt off! It was so cute. We went with our friends Emma and Lila. We love to do things with them! The girls loved it so much but really I was so grateful that it was only for three days. I so not think that I could handle anymore than that. Emma liked it a lot but towards the end of practice she would just get really tired and cry, so three days was definitely enough! These are the pics that I took at the game. They look so cute!

Cole is off to preschool!
Well the last one is off to preschool! He started last friday and he loved every minute of it! He was so big wearing his backpack and even brought me home a page that he colored! He was a little sad at first but once he got there and into a groove he did just great! Here are some pics of him on the way to school, he looks like a little boy instead of my baby. I am so sad.

Brandon's in tennis & Emma's in cheerleading
Even though I am not a good run around and be scheduled all the time mom, I gave it a valiant effort for my kids this week. Brandon started tennis on Thursday, and Emma started cheerleading on Wednesday. It has been so crazy to make sure that they make it to both. Emma had cheerleading at 5:00 pm and Brandon has tennis at 5:30 pm. So Jake and I had to split up and each take a kid. It was fun though for both of us to be involved. Brandon loved tennis so much he said and he cannot wait to go back. Emma likes her cheer too except for she looses intrest fast. Towards the end she is just a little tired, but still so cute! Here are some of the pictures that we got of each activity. Emma's video is sideways and I am sorry about that by the time I realized that it was to late to fix.

Emma's first day of Preschool
Emma had her first day of preschool on Wednesday. She had a blast! Her teacher is Miss Annie, and her school is in Ivins. We love teacher Annie she is so nice and good to Emma. Emma made a picture of herself and learned the letters in her name.

Swimming at the Communtiy Center
We finally made it over to the new aquatic center here in town. It was everything that I was hoping it would be. The kids had a blast playing in the water and swimming around. Our good friends , Emma and Lila also got to come with us. That made it even better. There are all kinds of fun things there. There is a lazy river, a huge hydro tube slide, little people slides for the kids, and even a really cute baby area with swings and slides. It was great that we got to go and I think that we will be going again!
